The highlight of my first day was undoubtedly the arrival of Shaun and Gillian from Tomorrow's People to send me on my way. I first met Shaun and Gillian when I visited a Tomorrow's People 'Work it Out' session in Newcastle back in July. What they are both doing is inspirational--Shaun has set his hert on becoming a video editor and with help from BBC Connect he has now done his first interview on location at Lindisfarne. They show what is possible when young people are encouraged to pursue their dreams and tap into the incredible power which is within everyone.
