More about the Tomorrow's People Charity

Tomorrow's People is a charity that, over the last twenty-five years, has helped change the lives of thousands across the UK.

We help break the cycle of unemployment so that people can take positive control of their lives and build a brighter future. We also save employers time and money by finding them the right people for the right jobs.

"Through the programmes it runs, Tomorrow’s People is a significant force in reducing the level of unemployment in the UK – particularly long-term unemployment – and in increasing the number of employable people." - Adrian Cooper, Managing Director of Oxford Economic Forecasting

Tomorrow's People believes in giving people a hand up rather than a handout.

Unemployment damages people’s lives in so many ways. Being out of work means people are more likely to live in poverty housing, have low educational attainment, poor physical health, mental and emotional issues, be victims of crime, have reduced life expectancy and lack of employment prospects.

We put people on the road back to employment, getting them into appropriate, sustainable jobs.
